Free Calmer Birth Workshop
This free workshop introduces women relaxation and breathing techniques designed for use in labour.
This 1.5 hour course is completely free, after attending you will be given the option to attend the Advanced Course.
This course is for expectant women and birth partner and are held at Overseal Doctors Surgery, Overseal, Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
